Terms of Service
Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative. A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies the scope and issues a written quotation. Quotations are valid until the date stated on them and may be revised if the site conditions differ from what was described.
Site readiness
The customer is responsible for site access, water and power supply where required, clearance of the work area, and permissions from the building owner or association before cutting or demolition begins.
Machine rental
Rented machines remain our property. The customer is responsible for safe use, reasonable care and returning the machine in the condition it was delivered. Damage, loss or misuse is chargeable. Rental durations, transport charges and security deposits are stated in the quotation or rental confirmation.
Security deposits
Where a refundable security deposit applies, it is returned after the machine is inspected and accepted, less any deductions for damage, missing accessories or overdue rental.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Reschedule or cancellation requests should be raised as early as possible using your reference number. A request is not effective until our team confirms it. Charges may apply where crew or machines have already been mobilised.
Payments
Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Overdue amounts may delay further work or rental releases.
